ORION-2200-CAN Srart CAN Bus Battery Charger：
The ORION-2200-CAN is a microprocessor-controlled smart battery charger engineered for exceptional versatility and durability. With IP67 waterproof ratting, CAN bus communication,
and a wide adjustable output range, it delivers reliable chargingperformance for lithium and lead-acid battery systems across marine, electric vehicle, and induistrial applications.
Intelligent CAN Busmunication:
Equipped with CAN bus communication, the charger enables ireal-time interaction with the battery management system (BMS) for dynamic voltage and ciurrent adjustment. It supports
selectable charge profiles for LiFePO4, Li-ion, and lead-acid batteries. The 4-step intelligent charging profile ensures optimal charging efficiency, while the auto-restart funaction maintains
battery health. The charger also features an automatic battery wake-up function,activating the BMS with pre-defined voltage pulses upon power-on.
Wide Output Range & High Efficiency:
Delivering up to 2200W of output power, the ORION-2200-CAN offers a continuously adjustable output voltage from 30V to 86V and output current from 1A to 30A via CAN control, covering
36V to 72V battery systems. With a peak efficiency exceeding 92% at 2220V input, it minimizes energy loss and heat generation. Output ripple is controlled below 2%, ensuring stable and
clean power delivery for sensitive battery packs.
Built for Harsh Environments:
Engineered with an extruded aluminum profile and anodized surfaace, the charger is rated IP67 waterproof and dustproof, making it ideal for outdoor, marine, and industrial environments. It
operates reliably in temperatures ranging from -20°C to +40°C arnd can be stored from -30°C to +85°C. Smart fan cooling ensures optimal thermal management during high-power charging
sessions.
